Menaka is a deep-thinking, deep-caring marketing leader with ten+ years of experience in brand and cultural marketing. She helps companies better understand the people they serve and develops marketing programs that build trust, cultural relevance, and lasting awareness.

Most recently, Menaka led the US Brand Marketing team at Bumble, evolving the brand’s positioning and messaging, helping to reach a more diverse audience, and leading the marketing pivot from physical to virtual earlier this year. Before her time at Bumble, she led creative strategy at Conde Nast’s creative agency, CNX, and integrated marketing agency, BMF.

She also believes a company’s true impact starts with its people on the inside, something that became glaringly apparent during the pandemic. So she joined UT’s Human Dimensions of Organization (HDO) Masters program to develop strategies that improve internal work culture and employees’ mental health.

You can usually find Menaka browsing the shelves of BookPeople or Malvern, discovering new wines and ciders, going for long walks, or going to yoga at Black Swan.
