PROJECT OVERVIEW
Firmspace is a luxury coworking suite for established professionals. This is a special project for us. One of our Elevate team members is a co-founder of Firmspace and serves as their Chief Development Officer. The primary objective of this project was to secure a large floor-plate space with phenomenal views in the nicest building in Austin. Firmspace Austin opened in September 2017 in Austin’s newest class a office tower. This world-class office setting boasts some of the best views of downtown Austin.

Our team represented Firmspace Austin in securing their first location which included a full-floor (34,000 sf) in Austin’s newest class A office tower. This is an elevated workspace by every measure.
